Who can use Ouvi

Ouvi is built for music artists. You need to be at least 13 years old to use it. By using Ouvi, you're confirming you have the right to connect the platform accounts you link.

What Ouvi does

Ouvi reads data from your connected music platforms and uses AI to answer your questions about your fanbase. We never post anything, delete anything, or change anything on your accounts. Read-only, always.

What you're responsible for

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• Making sure you have the right to connect the platform accounts you link.
• Not using Ouvi to do anything illegal.
• Not trying to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.

Beta product

Ouvi is in beta. That means it's a work in progress. Some things might not work perfectly. We appreciate your patience and feedback. The product is provided as-is during the beta period.

AI-generated answers

Ouvi uses AI to generate answers. AI can make mistakes. Don't make major business decisions (like booking a 30-city tour) based solely on what Ouvi tells you without double-checking the data yourself.

Pricing

Early access is $0/month. We'll communicate clearly before any paid plans are introduced. You'll never be charged without advance notice.

Stopping use

You can stop using Ouvi anytime. Disconnect your platforms from within Ouvi or directly through each platform's settings. Email hello@getouvi.com to request full data deletion.

Our rights

Ouvi Intelligence, Inc. can suspend or terminate access to Ouvi if you're using it in a way that harms others, violates these terms, or breaks the law. We'll try to give you a heads up when possible.

Liability

Ouvi is provided as-is. Ouvi Intelligence, Inc. is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on AI-generated answers. This is a beta product and comes without warranties.

Governing law

These terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ouvi Intelligence, Inc. is incorporated. We'll update this once we're formally incorporated.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email (if you're on the waitlist) or via the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
